Based in our Vancouver office, Stewart analyses food retailer strategies in Canada and the US, and contributes to our global retail and supply chain research programs. Regularly conducting primary research, Stewart has forged close relationships with many leading retailers and can provide your business with up-to-date insight, information on key trends and future growth strategies.

Stewart has worked on a number of Retail Ready Packaging projects over the last 12 months including authoring the Global Retail Ready Packaging report on IGD's Supply Chain Analysis website, and facilitating a number of in-store packaging workshops for retailers and suppliers. He has also worked on a number of special projects as part of IGD's customised projects service, with a particular focus on small format developments, including tracking innovations in the European convenience sector.

Stewart joined IGD in 2005, having worked for Safeway for eight years in a variety of roles including Store Manager and Area Systems Manager.

Stewart holds a first class degree in Business Studies from the University of Wales.
