| Earlier this summer, 19 pupils took part in a unique three-day Summer School in Food Sciences course sponsored by IGD's Technical Leaders Forum. The course was designed to offer GCSE level students the opportunity to engage with the subject of Food Science, and also help address the widening skills gap in the food and grocery industry. |
